Conditions of Animal Sales:
1. Buyer is responsible for picking up or shipping of the cattle unless transportation fee is discussed for delivery.
2. Animals will be ready for pickup on agreed upon date.
3. A deposit of $100/head must be placed when agreement is made in order to hold the animal for pick-up. The balance is to be paid in full before or upon pick-up of animal. The final payment is to be cash, or if paying by check, it must be received 10-14 days before the pickup. Online forms of payment can be discussed.
4. The animal, if registered, will be transferred by the seller into the new buyer's name within 14 business days of the sale.
5. If the animal is being sold out of state, appropriate testing and health certificates will be completed and provided upon pick-up or delivery.
Conditions of Beef Sales:
1. $100 deposit for slaughter is non-refundable.
2. All orders (whole, half, or quarter) are priced based on the carcass hanging weight provided by the processor, not the final packaged weight. (ex: 7.99/lb hanging weight)
3. A cut sheet from the processor will be provided to you. You must have your cut sheet filled out 14 days before our processing date.
4. Missed cut sheet deadlines result in a "butcher's choice" standard cut.
5. All handling of animal, slaughter, and packaging, comply with local, state, and/or federal inspection regulations.
6. Animals are fed out prior to processing with high quality feed.
